– All sales are final

– Before placing an order, please ensure all information (full name, shipping address, phone number and email address) provided is correct. 

– Failure to provide correct information will result in a lost or missed package. 

For now, we currently do not accept any returns. 

– Orders with invalid information cannot be refunded once departed from our premises. 

– We do not refund orders that are lost, stolen or damaged by the courier. 

– Orders that have not departed from our premises,  may still be refunded. 

– Products that have manufacturer defect, please contact our support team for assistance at shopnailsbymandisa@gmail.com
